Our water, sewage and district heating systems are beginning to age. The cost of reinvestment is sky-high, SEK 600 billion for sewerage pipes and 400 billion for district heating. Innovative methods for assessing the status of the pipelines, without having to dig them up, are therefore highly sought after.
